1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age and Eligibility

To register and use the na777y platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or a gambling block imposed by na777y or any associated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by na777y for breach of these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid email address. 1.3 One Account Per Player

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

na777y accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversions are applied by na777y; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is within five (5) minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. na777y reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

2.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are your own, that they are not the proceeds of any illegal activity, and that you are not using the na777y platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit purpose. na777y cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected financial crime.

3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

3.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") offered by na777y are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time of each offer. You must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as real cash. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being voided.

3.3 Abuse of Promotions

na777y reserves the right to void bonus claims and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using a bonus in breach of the stated wagering conditions; colluding with other players; or exploiting a technical error in the platform that results in an unintended promotional benefit.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

na777y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and in progress. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Victory Day (December 16), or IPL and BPL cricket seasons are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of launch.

4. Game Rules, Betting, and Sports Wagering

4.1 Casino Games

5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Account Closure and Termination

6.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing your account, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

6.2 Closure by na777y
